To make pops add juice, yogurt, pudding, smoothies, chocolate, or your favorite recipe and gently place in your freezer door. Once the pops are frozen (about 8 hours), remove the pop and individual mold from the base. Run the mold under warm water. Each stick has a built-in drip guard to keep your hands clean.
